Luganega alla De-Lish with Camargue Rice & Courgettes - 28th Sept Weds


Thanks to winning a competition for a length of fab Wells-next-the-Sea sosij from Jules, the amazing sausage and salame charcutier at Norfolk's De-Lish, I bring you

Luganega da pozzi vicino al mare  (Italian sosij in Wells-Next-The-Sea style) with cannelini beans, red peppers and barbecue sauce
Camargue red and Basmati Rice
Sauteed Courgettes

Lovely leftovers time -

Monday we had the rest of the Roast Norfolk rib of beef with Slimming World Herby Wedges and Paprika Peppers and Courgettes and a salad of Romaine and shredded Basil on the side.

Tuesday was the turn of the Norfolk Bunny with mashed potatoes , carrots and runner beans.

Both really mmmmmm

September 6th Tuesday - Pork Chop with Grain Mustard Gravy

Delicious grilled pork chop with wholegrain mustard gravy, sauted courgettes, carrots and new potatoes

Gosh it has been a busy month this one... hopefully with my Mum safe now in her care home, I can get my blogging act in order and keep up!  At least I managed to take the photos for some of my dinners, so here is the rough roll call..

Pea and Feta Tortilla, salad and SW chips
Cumberland Sausage, new potatoes and spring greens
Herby Roast chicken breast, SW chips and fresh peas and runner beans
Cold Herby Roast Chicken Breast, Porcini mushroom risotto and salad with a sprinkle of gremolata
Greedy Piglet Chorizo and Chickpea stew with rice
Pork Tenderloin with green peppercorn and caper sauce, new potatoes carrots and spring greens
Pea Tortilla (2nd time in a fortnight! ) with salad
Left over Tortilla, parma ham and salad, with a second course of stir fried veg in oyster sauce
